OUTCOME?	We got a reply saying that we can have someone come and speak to the year 9's.
ENABLERS?	We found someone who is willing to come and speak to the year 9's about it.
DISABLERS?	it toke to long to find someone to come and talk to them.
reflection	I think that we are doing a good job so far but I still think we could do better

Hello this term in school all the year 9's are doing PBL which is short for Project Based Learning.My group Angry Baby Penguins which contains Rosa,Caleb,Casey and ME Alicia. The topic my group have chosen was Child Abuse here are some websites on it.

The issues that are in Child Abuse are seriously really bad it's not all way physical it could be sexually,Emotionally,mentally or Neglect. The big picture is it that we want to bring awareness to the issues. What we want to achieve is to take the amount of abuse and try and lesson it as much as possible.

Today my goal was to do Forward roll,Backward roll,Headstand,Handstand,Cartwheel and a Bridge. I achieved two of my goals and they where headstand and bridge.



18/9/2017
Today I went on the Beam,Horizontal Bar and Trampoline I achieved the Trampoline and the Bean but not the Horizontal Bar. So i'm going to keep practising at it.

21/9/2017
Today can hold myself up on the Parallel Bar and do more things on the Trampoline I also did a headstand and a bridge.

28/9/2017Today I went on the Trampoline, Parallel Bars and on the Floor on the floor I and trying to do handstands and forward roll. On the trampoline i'm trying to do a Front Drop and a Back Drop and on the parallel bars I'm still trying to do Lower arm walk and Swing.

Shadows Of My Mind

I torture myself and I don’t know how to stop it…I try so hard to think positive and for the most part I do, I am; but, keeping myself that way is the hardest thing in the world.  It creeps up on me out from the shadows of my mind.  I hate to sound like some cheesy novel but it’s true.  Whatever I have going on deep inside myself, I do my best to ignore and most days, everything is good but when it hits, when this sudden rush of negative energy comes by, it’s like a wave of depression.

I get so down about the direction of my life.  Am I making the right decisions?  Am I being who I am meant to be?  (beat)  I get low about the things I do and I second guess my choices

after I’ve already made them and then sometimes days later I change my mind again and go back to an earlier choice I made about the same damn thing…

Back and forth, back and forth…like a circle of confusion.  I feel like I’m going crazy when this happens, when I can’t seem to figure out a solution to my path…it’s like a disease in my brain…I get trapped inside myself and I get lost in this really lonely place; until finally I find some inner strength and I rip forward in a new light but I know that it’s only a matter of time before I go back to that, that way of being and it scares me.  I don’t want to be that way…I just want to be happy and want to know that I am living my life with purpose.  I don’t want to have any regrets when I get old and look back on the life I’ve lived; cause I won’t be able to go back and that would kill me in the end.

I may need help.  I don’t know if this is something that I should see a doctor about…like a therapist or —I don’t believe in medication.  Never have.  Maybe I’m too emotional and take myself too damn seriously.  I don’t know, I don’t—What do you think, huh?  How do I put an end to these phases that I go through?

Drama Jobs Music Director

I was interested in this job because i like music.I found out that the music director controls the people that play the instruments I like the idea because it involves music like the piano and other instruments. Some of the  people who do this job are conductors. After high school you can train for this job practising or going to college .An example of doing this job is conducting . The challenges of doing this job are learning the notes and getting the people that play the instruments to play it all together. The kind of money you would earn is  $40000 to $60000. The best thing about this career are that you can listen to the music they play. It would be hard to cooperate with others that don't know how to play. Sometimes people think this is going to be easy but it actually is not you have to fine the people who play that instrument.
